Efficient, silent room with balcony and shampoo. Staff was willing to help and overall they are supportive people. Exceptional and savoury food. The hotel met needs, I will come back.

The staff is extremely helpful here, the services are amazing, and location is beautiful not far from the main train station, a major intersection and Lawson store. Airy, impeccable room with shampoo, balcony, for example.

The reception was nice, I really enjoyed it. Got well-kept, cosy room with balcony. The staff was thoughtful, I had an awesome stay.

Facilities were new, yet Wi-Fi was weak.

We appreciated everything. By the way, the parking fee is for JPY 1500 per day. For lunch or dinner go to Matsuya Sannomiya-Higashi, located extremely close to the hotel...

The staff were very lovely and breakfast was amazing. Sannomiya district definitely deserves exploring. Btw, their chef is top!
